First Course Seafood Salad pared with a Prosecco Spritzer Second Course Seafood Bisque pared with DC Semillon 2017 Third Course Calabrese pared with our signature house wine DC Sicilia Fourth Course Caprese with spring mix and roasted peppers paired with DCZ Zinfandell Fifth Course Braised Lamb Shank paired with DCS Syrah 2014 A Special dessert will follow.
